Registration GIEFF
Early bird festival registration (including the payment) till: 25th April 2022
The German International Ethnographic Film Festival (GIEFF) will be organised as a hybrid festival.
The festival (25.5.-29.5.2022) will take place in Göttingen.
Additionally, we will give access to selected films online.
To make things easier, we have a variety of registrations forms:
- Registration for the whole festival (in Göttingen and online)
- Registration for single days (in Göttingen)
- Registration for online participation only
At the end of the festival a conference (28.5.-30.5.2022) will take place.
- Registration for the conference (in case you are not attending the festival)
Student excursions from one university are getting a special deal.

The Max Planck Institute for the Study of Religious and Ethnic Diversity in cooperation with the Institute of Cultural Anthropology/European Ethnology, Göttingen University and the GIEFF e.V. has organized the conference
Collaboration and Authorial Diversity in Film
taking place at the end of the festival.
