From January 31st to February 3rd 2008 the selection committee met at IWF to decide on the film programme of this years Göttingen International Film Festival. 312 mostly excellent films had been submitted. For the student film festival 18 films have been selected, for the main film festival 35 films. Additionally, 5 media were selected for multimedia presentation (on a special point of information) and 2 for online presentation.
